What Is SSI Wreck Diving?
Sunken ships, planes aur artificial reefs par training ke saath dives.
Goal: Wreck dives ke liye sahi skills, planning aur safety protocols seekhna.
Kuch courses sirf outside exploration, kuch me limited penetration (andar jana) bhi hota hai, conditions aur experience ke basis par.
Knowledge & Theory
Wreck hazards: entanglement, silt, sharp edges, structure collapse, etc.
Wreck preservation & responsible behaviour (touch na karna, kuch remove na karna).
Extra equipment: torches, reels, backup gas source, redundancy for penetration dives.
Dive planning: depth, currents, visibility, gas management, buddy communication.
Prerequisites
- Minimum Age: 10–12 years (depending on region).
- Certification: Open Water Diver or equivalent
- Experience: No specific dive count required
- Structure & Duration
: 1–2 theory/briefing sessions
